Our Process for your SUccessful event

Styled is a full-service event design & décor company servicing the Eastern Shore. In addition to custom florals, we offer a large variety of tabletop décor (candles. lanterns, display stands, chargers, etc.) rentals, lighting, drapery & fabric design, arbors, large design pieces and more. Additionally, our Total Package service makes the process of planning and executing the design process enjoyable and easy without missing a detail. From the initial conversation to the last detail, we will work together to create the perfect design for your needs and budget.

Below are the steps to our process so that you are know up front what to expect.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

After reaching out to us via phone or through our website, a quick shared form helps us to get to know the basics about your event. Once your form is completed and we have confirmed our availability, it is time to tell us EVERYTHING!! We want to know your thoughts on the mood, look and overall feel for you and your guests.

CUSTOMIZED PROPOSAL

We will create a visual, descriptive, and creative design proposal along with pricing. We will incorporate your shared information and personal style, venue details, initial rental selections, a seasonal connection and our design experience into this working document. This takes time and attention to detail so feel free to reach out to check in. Typically our full scale events start at $3,500.00

SIGNATURE PLEASE

Following review of the proposal and one set of edits, it is time to determine if we are a match! We then require a signature to the proposal and a 1/3 deposit to secure your date.

REFINING THE DESIGN & SAMPLE DAY

Once under contract we will continue to fine-tune the design details, collaborate with other vendors (as part of our Total Package Service) and set up a sample day. Sample days provide you a glimpse of your event décor, table scape and in some cases your desserts. (Additional costs may apply for events under $5,o00) .

YOUR BIG DAY!

We will take care of all the details & deliverables and be on hand for redesigns and coordination where requested. CHEERS TO THAT!!
